The Kings Restaurant holds a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide, the only restaurant in Dorset to receive the award for three consecutive years. The menu changes seasonally and draws on locally sourced ingredients, including produce from The New Forest and seafood from the South Coast. Breakfast includes a continental breakfast with the room rate; a cooked breakfast is available at additional cost.

The hotel reopened in spring 2025 after a full renovation, offering 21 en suite rooms with Hypnos mattresses, power showers, and premium toiletries.
